When measuring a high wheel the front wheel diameter is the factor to determine the size of the machine. Is the hard rubber tire included or not?.
Thank you in advance

Every bike I have I have restored. It has been a labor of love. It has allowed me to research and use my skills to bring something back to life. If you plan to keep the bike and ride it there is no greater joy than to ride something you have brought back from the dead. If you plan to resell...

Ordered new white tires and pedals with white blocks today and have been polishing brass kerosene lamps to go on either side of the delivery box I am making for the back.
The journey begins. I am doing a full on conversion to convert a new Worksman into a Victorian/Edwardian looking vehicle. Say tuned as I will post pictures as it develops
Very nice cast iron bike stand. Not sure on the actual vintage but it will go extremely well with your TOC bike display. It is not the Aluminum type you have seen other places
Oh my goodness I am in he process of building one and will share photos soon under the "custom bicycle forum". It will look almost identical to your photo and I am using a Worksman trike
Great question. I am not sure but I have been reading a fascinating book about the history of Hudson's department store in Detroit and other satellite locations. I would not be surprised at all if they sold private labeled bikes made by others.
Would like to purchase a Pedicab frame that looks like this. Does not need to have anything on the back. I am really only looking for the frame. Thank you in advance.
I have a similar seat and when I looked into it I found that I needed two craftsman. One to do the caning and one to do the leather work. There are folks who specialize in antique chair caning.
I am rebuilding a 1897 Sterling for my wife, but the chain that came with the bike has one damaged link. It looks like someone tried to add an incorrect link. Ideas please on what can be done. I hate to buy a whole new chain but will if I have to..
Thank you
Very nice pair of TOC style cork grips with black ferrels. 7/8 inside diameter. There is not a purple/ pink mark on them it is a reflection on the picture. Never installed. There is some very minor chipping on the ferrels (see images) Price includes shipping to lower 48
I have a new Worksman "Mover" trike on order and I am considering converting it to tiller steer as I want to "steampunk" it. Has anyone converted to tiller steer? Thanks
Thank you all who posted as I think you nailed it the post is probably 1" at the base and tapers to 7/8". I haven't received he trike yet or I would have scoped it out myself
Ok I am learning a lot. Sounds like I should not use my Monarch Springer which is still in the box for an electric (750 watt) front drive wheel even though they claim it is designed for that. Disappointed in Michigan
I purchased a Worksman Mover Tricycle that has a 1" seat post. How can I adapt this seat which reportedly has a 7/8 post clamp? https://www.ebay.com/itm/115917536383?mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&siteid=0&customid=link&campid=5335809022&toolid=20001&mkevt=1
Thank you
Wanted a complete nice brass TOC headlamp prefer oil but will consider gas. Must have attaching mechanism (preferably a clamp on the stem type) I am willing to pay a fair price or trade. (see items I have listed in the sale Forum)
Thank you
Sorry to hear your fork didn’t work out. As I mentioned I am buying a worksman with a front electric drive. I have already purchased a springer fork which was advertised as being great for an electric front drive. Do you think it will be a problem to replace the worksman fork with a springer?
Oh my goodness I love your trike. I too love trikes. I have a fully restored 1897 Tinkham trike that I restored but am now planning to purchase a worksman trike and will be converting it to a Victorian steampunk version.
