Hey guys. I finally "Dug" around the internet long enough and found the bike. Its a 1972 Windsor Carrera. Not what I was hoping for but for 25 bucks It was a fun journey.😀 Thanks to everyone for trying.

I picked this up at a yard sale this weekend and I cant identify the make/model.

This looks to have been built by raleigh "R5" and then re-branded by ideal.
