It’s true. Just another PK Ripper. But well equipped with a pro neck 2 stem and CW bars. This example is before SE switched to 1-1/8” thread less headset. Thanks for peeping it out
I’ve been eyeing this bike at my moto mechanics shop for years now and yesterday he said “you Honda valves are adjusted. It will be $xxx with the PK Ripper”. I’m so exited. A 1994 all original PK is now in my collection with the rare 1”Headset - as SE switched to 1-1/8” in 1994. Here it is in...
The 1966 has been family owned since 1967. I even have my uncles receipt. I drove it to a party years ago and someone told me that he had the same bike in orange. Then he gave me the 72 K4. You really do meet the nicest people on a Honda.
I know schwinn requires a specific tire. But I don’t know what rim this is. S-7? S-6? I believe it to be 1966 Hollywood 26”. Here is a pic and the serial no. Thanks in advance for your help and if anyone has suggestions as to what tires should be run, I’m all ears.

June 85 Redline. A survivor here in Redlines’s hazard yellow with original decals. Trimoly frame. Redlines first trimoly frame was the 500b. Seems to be mostly original except for tires grips and seat as far as my eye can tell. Nice anlun race stem and anlun chain ring. Normal scrape and...
One of my high school buddies thrift store score. Doesn’t appear to be ever ridden. If you think this is awesome, you should see what kind of a value my same buddy got for a $1.06 purchase of a 1964 unopened Beatles Record. Some guys just know how to do it.

This bike was my birthday present for my 14th birthday. This bike was ridden Philadelphia city ridden hard in its life time. I mean really hard. And it was even woods ridden hard. Lots of rims were taco’ed. Lots of derailers ripped off, crank arms, chainrings and even the protective rock rings...
My first HUTCH!! As the story goes this has been in a box and a warehouse for 32 years and the seller disassembled it and sold it as NOS as it has never been used. I’m going to have fun building this!!

T hese schwin 24 inch rims and hubs are great! This action is the font and rear wheel. The rear comes with a Bendix 2 speed kickback hub. The chrome rims need a little attention. Also the front hub needs service but they are complete. Rear kickback works perfectly. they come with the old weather...

Here’s my Japan 1985 GT performer. I got this frame with fresh powder done by Chip at C4 for labs. I’m running GT pro bars and a SR sakae stem. I built this bike identical to the bike I had BITD with the exception of the tires. I hope you enjoy it

I’ve got this mostly OG ‘85 Haro Master all set up. It needed some cleaning, new bearings, tires, tubes, chain, brake cables, a few brake smalls and grips. Now I’d say it’s about done. Maybe do Potts Mod if I can find the parts but this bike didn’t originally have that so I think it’s fine...
I see a ton on 1985 haro master with the front brake cable thru the stem, however my bolt is not hollow. It looks like it from the top but when taken apart it’s not. Any idea how this is supposed to work? What am I missing?

As the title explains I’m looking for some guidance in rebuilding my BB. Once i put everything back together the axle spins as poorly as I did when I got the bike. I’ve sourced new bearings for $7.00 with shipping and whomever said i probably don’t need new bearings was right. When I popped out...
So I ran into this really nice bike and it came with a real nice redline three piece crank. I want to bring it back to it’s former glory. I’m going to give the crank arms but not the spider an OA bath. That should get the rust off. After that I’d like to know from anyone here how to deal with...
I’m hoping to take my time and do this restoration/cleaning properly. This bike is 100% original so and I don’t know want to mess it up. I need to ask a lot of Questions like:
1. how do I clean the bolts heads and nuts?
2. What’s the best way to clean up the chain and crank arms? I assume...
This bike is so new to me I don’t even know what year it is. All I know is my neighbor has been telling me he’s had a Haro master ever since I’ve been living on this block now for 10 years! I finally antagonized him enough to let me buy it. Jerry bring me the master... here is my new to me...

I don't know much about this bike other than it was my mothers when I was a kid. That and it's a folding bike made by tomos. We do not even know how we obtained this bike into our family. Since folding bikes are popular with airplane pilots, I suspect that my father got it because of his...
I just noticed this location. All things Schwinn so here goes: I got this book about vintage Schwinn and didn't get thru the book before I popped on the below bike. And from my perspective, this hobby is real appealing because I grew up with Chicago Schwinn framed bikes like the pixie and...
I'm posting this same thread here also to obtain insight that may otherwise not look in the middleweight section:
Hello vintage schwinn heads, I just bought my first vintage schwinn ever! i paid up for this bike because condition is everything and I couldn't find one in better condition. I...
Hello vintage schwinn heads, I just bought my first vintage schwinn ever! i paid up for this bike because condition is everything and I couldn't find one in better condition. I also understand that girls bikes are less money than boys and the condition is typical better for obvious reasons. So...
