That is the correct seat. I think they may have come with a couple different options as CCM did offer some custom stuff done on the flyte. But yes the troxel tool box was original.
Do you still have any of these? Im looking for one for an old eagle bike. I dont know much about skip tooths though. Are they all the same size? That may be a stupid question.

This is the same adler that I have! Very hard to find photos of online. The chrome on mine is in bad shape. Frame has original paint but chain guard is painted over. Mine is missing the flying eagle emblem that goes on the front fender. I noticed you have a photo of one. Any info on one of those...

Agreed. I have a couple old schwinns. One was actually from Bellingham WA. Actually I brought a 60's hollywood up here and now its local. So there. Ill bring up as many as I want!!!! Our seawall needs more antique.
I know its an old post but im new here. This is a great find! I live a couple minutes away from where it was made start to finish, in delta bc. I have a purple and green pipeline. I think that and this rm-9 in this paint are two of the most collectable old school rockys. Love them!!
That kona was a very high end bike of course. The 'technology' in old mtbs was almost nothing. Technology moved slow back then with mtbs. Most companies had no engineers even believe it or not. It looked good, they built them. I dont think it will be worth too much in the next 10 years but ya...
