I just bought a 1958 Hercules twin bar frame with the headset installed. Looks kind of unusual. I can see the ball bearings peeking out on the top race. Is this normal? Did someone install balls that were too big. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have a 1947 Raleigh rod brake bicycle. The front wheel measures 24 inches across, but the tire says 26. Is this bike a 26 inch bicycle?

Maybe the guard is a replacement. The noticed the kickstand is sprayed silver. I think someone has done some tinkering.

My collegiate is now wearing new handlebar tape. Old was pretty bad. My chainguard is not labeled Sport, but my bike has no fenders and has drop handlebars. I read that dealers sometimes switched parts? Anybody know?
