    Doodads?

Can you identify what these things are? I’ve had them for 40 years and don’t remember, or never knew, what they are for. The little wheels rotate.

Sold SOLD ***** 1897 Island Tandem

Its a long story. But basically I bought one of two tandems that came out of the attic at Island Cycle in Minnesota. I believe it was about 1978 or so. I completely disassembled it and found multiple issues including cracks in the back steerer tube and crank, of course the extra bar brazed...

    Information requested-1901? Ladies Elgin

Last time I visited my LBS the owner showed me a bike he purchased many years ago from someone who brought it to the shop wanting to sell it. Apparently it was brought in by a family member of the original owner. The bike is thought to be an early 1900's Elgin. I'm out of my element here so...

    Ladies BSA

Just acquired an all original and complete ladies BSA. This bike has the optional twist grip for the BSA 3-speed. As far as I've been able to determine the twist grip was only offered from '50-56, before BSA was acquired by Raleigh in '57. The original Dunlop tires are on the bike; I pumped...

    Reynold Chain NOS

In amongst a large box of parts from an old bike shop that I acquired years ago are some NOS Renold 1/2 x 1/8 chains in their original tins. The document in with each chain is dated 1933. The tins are a little rusty and the graphics are almost gone. What would be a fair price to ask for them?

    Bosch Lamp

This is another "what is this?" thread. This lamp was in with a bulk bike parts purchase I made years ago. Any ideas on vintage and what it is intended to fit?

    What is this chainring?

Years back I bought some boxes of bike parts; I'm digging into them a bit now. In that mix are some chainrings. I believe this is pre-war, nickle plated maybe chrome? It appears to be new, no sign of use at all. It has 5 square bolts for mounting to the crankarm. What is it? About what age...

    My BSA

I recently completed the rebuild on my 1950-1956 BSA, Birmingham Small Arms, StreamLight. I've been commuting to work on it for the past couple weeks. The bike is pretty original though I have replaced the seatpost, saddle, tires, pump, grips, and shifter. The shifter is a BSA "Snap" and is...

    WTB: BSA 3 Speed Hub/Parts

Wanted '50-56 BSA 3 speed hub or parts. I specifically need an axle and the indicator chain/rod assembly. Interested in a complete hub too. My BSA twist grip is incomplete and I'm unable to find a diagram so I can see what I am missing. If you have a complete one or parts I am interested. Thanks!
