Working on my buddy's wife '74 Raleigh Sprite.
The rear is done. Wheel checked for trueness, spoke tension & bearings repacked . The drivetrain was degrundged , cleaned up. A new , Norton Race waxed chain put on.
Front wheel's turn..so far so good
The only bad part about this bike is...
Rode my '64 Tourist to the Ye Coole Springs area The site of Marylands first hospital.
l removed the trailer hitch ( gonna put it on probably a "step thru" bike) and put back my touring bag.

This is what I did. The battery holder on mine "RaTsoniC" was a total loss.
I set up a { jack-legged } 9Volt system
Not pretty but works
About $7 in parts ( battery not included.

I mounted a crate on my'55 Corvette this morning and proceeded to work.
The little light mounted on the crate (top pic) fell off. I braked hard to retrieve it.
Almost to work and the sun is starting to rise.
After work, I stopped at the Market to pick up some dill pickles.

Well, I dove in and bought the imported seat post mounted trailer. I figure it does'nt work out I'll use it as a lawn/garden cart.

I looked at the dutch cargo bikes. Kinda pricey and I dont know if I would use it that often
I do like cargo trikes. (Not only handy, but it looks like a babe magnet)
