    Or they are not a collector and they don't know how to sell the bike w/o the additional crap (risk) that goes along w/selling the bike (ebay cost, shipping, disassembly, proving it orginal, highest bidder).

    The town back in 1971'sh required all bikes to have license plates. Speaking of driving around to find things. I found two of my stolen cars driving around a certain neighborhoods back in the 80's. Both cars if I remember were legally parked.

    My last comment in that other thread (page 2) directed any readers here ... this is the classified section the bikes for sale. Pictures will have to wait for the sun in Boston. IMO - if your spending over a grand for a bike you need to see what your buying in daylight....
