Brian,
A 1986 Kirk Precision just posted on Craigslist in Florida. I added a posting of it in the Classified section under "Ebay, CL....". I am willing to drive over, pick it up and deliver it to my local LBS if you are interested.
Found this Kirk Precision Road bike on Craigslist for $500 USD. It is equipped with Shimano DuraAce and 105 components and possibly the Doral front fork (be warned). If you want to buy it, I'm willing to drive and pick it up for you and have my LBS package and ship it to you if desired...
These are the coolest bikes I have ever seen!!! I really really really really want one/both. I envy the owner of “dick power” bikes. I could only imagine the look on anyone’s face when you tell them the name and the story of these bikes.
How do the tires mount to the rim? I looked really hard at the original tires and could not quite figure it out. If there is a post somewhere, let me know.
Looking for this exact derailleur (see picture). I also desire the down tube campy friction shifter lever set.
I am in Pinellas County Florida and appreciate your consideration of my post.
Bikermaniac and Shawn,
I am happy to see the high level of interest and differences of opinion regarding the valuation of my Westfield. However, I am only interested in receiving any offers that result in a win-win, not a winner and loser. I believe myself to be a reasonable seller and...
A trade is a win-win...right? I’d be happy to meet up with you. There has to be something in your herd you’d be willing to consider. I am not firm of the trade ideas I posted, you never know. Try me.
Thank you Bikermaniac! If you have any questions or decide you’d like to make an offer please PM or email me at [email protected]. You are the third Cabe member to recognize those peaked Indian bearing cups.
I absolutely love your Appelhans Track Bike, i invested at least 35 minutes looking at the pictures of your fine work. Very nice choices regarding the paint and parts, very good chemistry and makes it look beautiful. Thank you for sharing this post.
Mike,
If I may, could you elaborate regarding where specifically you ordered/bought those ccm wheels from? I visit Cambridge Ontario quarterly and would like to find an identical set. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am finding myself unable move to any other post. Thank you for sharing your hard work with us. This deluxe is one of the most beautiful examples I’ve seen. I have a crush.
I desire to sell this MotoBike for $1300 + shipping from FL or more prefferably trade it for a complete 1890 - 1940 ridable non-motorized bike or race bike (must have clincher rims) 2014 or newer road bike or tri-bike. I am open to other convincing offers as well. If we can meet in Florida you...
Look at that crank!!! Wow (mind blown). I noticed that the down tube connects differently to the head tube. Does anyone know if this is due to the size or just plainly a manufacturing change (Pope founded in 1877, filed bankruptcy and eventually became Westfield in 1916)
Patric,
Thank you for the pictures of the 1916. I am eager to see the serial number. I am witnessing an abudant amount of similarities with these bikes.

Unfortunately, I cannot message yet. I am still too new of a Caber. I was just in Suches, GA a week ago. I will let you know as soon as I travel your way again.
Redline1968,
What size wheels did you put on your 34? I tried to zoom in to figure it out. That is a neat bike. Also, what is the name of tow bike on the stand in the second picture. That wheel looks handsome.
