The cups size has nothing to do with the tire size ....most 1960's and 1970's schwinn bikes used the same headset parts

A good box should provide enough support, you don't need to put them on a rim, the rim just adds uncessessary weight to the package, which increases the shipping cost

Keep in mind, all of the pickers episodes are made for TV viewing....prices, deals, etc, nothing has any basis in reality ....they probably figured lots of WOW value in that not for real offer.....
