There are some post war pouch's that are similar. Made out of a pebble grain vinyl, Russian or Yugo.
Looking for tank for 65 Hiawatha. Doesn't have to be perfect, just solid. so it can get blasted n painted.

Have a fork for a 28"er ? 1" tube, 5" long ? (1927 Jr Roadster has 26tpi threads, only place I can find a die to chase threads is in the U.K. mulling over just replacing the whole thing) tks
