I am looking for a replacement rim for the rear (trailing ) wheel of my unknown branded late 1800's penny farthing. The rim itself is 21" across but would have been called a 22 or 23" rim (apparently) as the tire height was added in to the measurement. The drilling I am looking for is 24 holes...

I have recently purchased an original high wheel that I have been told may be a Singer (will attempt to include a photo).
The rear wheel has a rotten section in the rim so I am looking for a replacement or similar that I can fabricate a patch.
It is also missing the lower front wheel axle...
