How do these old Union headlights open up to change the bulb? It's the generator style.

The differences between girl's and boy's bicycle fenders are obvious, but I never really paid much attention to the racks. Are there differences in the rear racks for boy's and girl's bikes, such as the 50s AMF Roadmaster bikes?
