Thank you the picture is of great help. My crankshaft gear mark is very difficult to see. Could you possibly tell me where your crank mark is in relationship to the key way? It looks to be directly 180 degrees.

I have a H model whizzer motor. After disassembly and cleaning I noticed what look like multiple timing marks on the crank gear and no marks on the cam gear. Any suggestions?

That is what I was thinking. Im piecing this together and want to use an auto clutch. I wonder if my arm which has the slot for a cable will work with a Bi-matic clutch?

Anyone know if there is a difference in the clutch arm for a Bi-matic and lever actuated clutch?

Up close it wasnt that nice. Fenders are pretty beat but no rust. All chrome will clean up beautifully. Im looking for a set of replacement fenders or someone to repair the ones I have.

Found the missing link so to speak. Had frame bead blasted SN is KA50164

I pulled the crank off it is marked with SW2765

I would like to thank everyone for the help. I am going to remove the crank assy for service\cleaning and will see if I can find any numbers on that. Thanks Again!!

Just picked this up. Looking from the rear on the lower left frame by the brake arm I found this serial number A50164. Previous owner thought i was from the 60's. I could not match it from the online numbers I found. I have attached a few photos. Any help with the year and model would be greatly...
