Purchased one old monark bike and then another frame from my buddy So Kan Bike man out in Kansas. Put this bike together. It’s not 100% correct but I really like it. Finished the paint right around the stay at home order and I’ve put around 50-75 miles on it. hope you enjoy!

Found this on the webs. 60$ looks half monark. Half too early to know. Is it worth even to get? I don’t know if this is worth biting off. I don’t mind price, my drive is 3 hours. Thanks for any info guys. This is also posted on a bike forum on face book.

Here after 4 hours of cranking and swapping parts. Machining some bushings etc.

I went back to get some more parts. This poor bike is coated in paint. Little thinner later and I’m seeing original green paint. Here’s a model number also

Just got both of these lovely items today!! What a steal! Is the Firestone correct? Seat wheels and crank isn’t correct I know for sure. Not sure on the springer end.

Your saying the bike might not be a Firestone? Or just the chrome ? I’m not sure I think the bike has been parted together. All in all I like the bike but my lady kicked me off of it cause she loves the ride of it! Haha.

Really curious also on if the bike could fit a tank or if it had one. If so what do I need to look for?

Not sure what this thing was worth but I made a trip to get another bike and ended up getting this one also. Looks like a Eliminator . Needs tubes to ride but in okay shape for its age.

Had to drive 4 hours total for this. But hey it didn’t cost. No clue on bike year but the chain gaurd will be mailed to me. He forgot to get me it. I also got the original tires ( he thinks) and this Murray? Bike. Woohoo!

Tag said BF looked in decent shape. Needed a rear rim and tires. The normal. 90$ I thought on it. Now I am lucky. Cause last night I found a Firestone pilot in good shape with tires and the whole nine yards. Price? 4 hour round trip drive to get it!

Finding a replacement seat for the ride. Bike rides very smooth and nice. Sadly my park is still flooded.. so we turned back around. Maybe at the end of the week I’ll make a full loop!

My fender shows no holes for a front light odd... it shows it being 1965 model. Rode it today for 10 miles. Worst complaint is the seat. But it’s not that bad. A very nice bike. Seller gave me a extra set of tires too! Woohoo!
