Hello guys,
Im looking forward to the show. I wonder if there will be services available like fender rolling? I have a couple fenders Id like to get the dents out of.
Thanks, Stephen
Awesome, thank you all for your help. Love those pictures! The bike was listed as a 1950 Schwinn. The dropouts/frame, chainring, shallow fenders etc, indicate prewar. The horn button looked weird for prewar so I had to ask. If the tank is not correct that would be a bummer. Wont know till its...
Merry Christmas fellow Schwinn lovers!
Need some help.
I am buying what appears to be a 1941 Schwinn Liberty. Here is a picture. Is the horn button correct for the year? How about the tank?
Thanks so much,

I know this is an older post, but someone a few posts up said the 1937 Indian used German tires originally. Does anyone know what make of tires those bikes came with from the factory and the size? Were they Veith Balloon Cord extra Prima?Size 26x2.00 ?
Thank you,
Hello friends,
I recently obtained through auction a chainless Columbia from 1898. I found that the crank nut was cracked and made a nut on the lathe. I used a 7/16 - 24 tap LH thread.
What do ya think?
Hello,
Here is a TOC Columbia Porcupine Controller hub with rim and tire. The tire is very hard and only good for display. A few spokes are broken and some of the wood wheels glued seams are opening up. The hub is missing the brake arm and the correct cog but spins smoothly. Someone out there...

Hello, Its been a while since I've been here.
I went to a small town auction last month and won a chainless Columbia and this handlebar setup. I don't have need for this so I'll pass it on.
This is a nice Claus TOC stem that looks to be in pretty nice condition except for having patina...
Oh momma! I'll take it!!!!!! LOL!!!!! Slobber Slobber!! I just swallowed my tongue. A little help?:D Awesome bike Walter. Thank you for sharing the photo, sure wish I could find one like that. Wasn't $2500 quite a bit in 1990? I was a freshmen in high school. Haha!
Wow, those are amazing prices for just parts. I'll save for a more complete bike which shouldn't take long. For me it'll either be a Bluebird or Aerocycle.... The Aerocycle is probably just as expensive but I will get one or the other.
Stig, after reading some of your posts, I find you are...
Ahh, I understand. So to get one on here I will need a little luck and the ability to type fast. Mmmm. And I was going to put up an ad to give cash and a couple of Krugerrands but sounds like I will need to be fast instead of rich. LOL!
Thanks everyone! Happy hunting. Also a special thanks to...
Thanks so much yall for your help in this.
I would mainly be interested in something mostly complete with rust. The Bluebirds seem to continue to climb from year to year. Maybe one day I'll get one. LOL!!
Ooops,
So sorry, I picked that smiley face cause I thought it was cool. Its a sarcastic smiley. So sorry! I don't mean to be sarcastic. That was a serious question.
Mr Stig,
So these bikes are the ones you have for sale?
I saw one that was more complete that you bought. Color was green. What would a guy have to pay for that one?
Hello,

Friends,
Here is a rare Shelby script train light. It has light surface rust and has no dents. The lense is cracked down the center but could be glued back with gorilla glue and the plastic is not brittle so that will be an easy fix. The battery holder is rusty but will clean up.
This is...
I'm back,
I need to confess.:o:o My first writeup was to try and fish for current value on the Shelby Trainlight. I never was any good at fishing....
I mean, how does a person ask and get a good answer when there is usually a conflict of intrest, especially when I have one to sell. I will...
Hello,
I have noticed all of a sudden that certain bike parts are getting difficult to find. I used to own an early shelby flying cloud bike with the embossed train light oh probably 10 years ago. Why is it I cannot find one of these trainlights now? They were not hard to find then. I think...
