Klunker projects

I got this Elgin in early 1980’s from original owner in Oakland Calif. Found matching ladies model a little later. Both Murray built. 1940 I believe. Both have the 4 stars on fork. Does the big V on head badge make it a Victory bike?

I would go with a Panther with front drum brake and locking fork. The B6 is very cool too. Check out @dave laidacker . He has two B6 for sale. A green/white restored by Bob U. And a blue/white one. Nice looking bikes!

Just got another 1979 Pro Cruiser from an old friend I used to ride with In early 1980’s. Sturmey Archer Drum brakes on Araya blue rims. Only thing he changed was new tires and grips.

Rode into town to pay utilities bill.
