The oval decal may have been added later on that bike, possibly a used bike that was sold later by Spokane Cycle and Toy them added that decal at that time for resale?
You would usually see the Indian riding a bike in the late 40’s to early 50’s from what I have seen and this oval one mid to late 50’s and was the third decal they used.
