This is a fun one.. i like finding the old rusty ones and spending time bringing them back and riding them with my kids. Always wanted a coppertone Panther and this one was perfect… a lot of work and a fine balance to not over restore and keep the patina.

Hi folks, I'm looking for the front axle for a 1966 Schwinn Panther, does anyone know the best place to source one from? It's 5 and a half inches long but I'm not sure of the diameter or thread pitch to ensure I get the right one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ben
