UPDATE: After picking it up, it has been Identified as a 1988 Merlin TI Serial #31 out of 60 for that production year. It happens to be the earliest documented serial on the merlin registry now The original seat was under the seat cover in decent shape. Tires hold air and the bike is rideable.
