It would be impractical to respoke heavy wheels with thinner spokes. the holes are too big. Somebody swapped out the wheels for cleaner ones or stole them.

I cleaned it and inspcted it and didn't see anything damaged. It has a magura twist grip shifter which I don't care for. I may also have made a mistake using nylon housing rather than the original type. I'll change those first.

I have the fork straight now. It was definitely bent back about 3/4 ". Irepacked and checked the headset and wheel bearings. I am using kenda 75's which have a different tread and they are pumped up hard. Maybe thats why.
