Is there someone in the LA area or close that knows how to properly adjust a new departure 2 speed. Need some to do it have tried multiple times just can’t get it right in the low gear

I have a chance to get 2 skiptooth chains and run 2 master links so it’s long enough like @bloo said @49autocycledeluxe

I only have a non skiptooth chain rn

It’s a 46 b6. 26t sprocket and a 13t cog @49autocycledeluxe

I don’t want to by a chain that’s to short

Can anyone tell me if a regular cog form a d hub will work with a 2 peed set up. Or is the 2 speed cog completely different

I think it’s cocked bc the whole rim is not moved over it’s just the back end that is. But I’m going to try all this you put to see if something works bc I’m out of options rn. @THE STIG

I got this bike about a month ago my first b6. And was working on it for a few hours today so I can finally ride it but I believe the fork is bent very disappointed I couldn’t do anything

Oh no it’s not that I just had everything loose. I thought my axel was bent bc my rim was cocked all the way to the right and the tire was hitting the fender to where it would come to a complete stop immediately. Got a new axel and placed it on the fork and seen that something is wrong with the...

Been working on my prewar for a while trying to carefully remove all the blue paint it had over the original paint. Not done yet Cleaned up some pedals I got for the prewar And taking this seat apart to sandblast and reupholster for my 55

Was cleaning my 1941 bfg today and I believe underneath all this house paint is the original red and white paint it was. Glad I found this thread I just wanted to know the steps to remove the paint carefully without ruining the original paint

Finally cleaned up my 40-41 bf Goodrich it actually looks blue now. Just have to get a bulb and see if the train light works still. Rode it to the beach and back really smooth bike
