I picked up this trike this summer and want to refurbish it. I was wondering if it is possible to remove the crank arms from the shaft.

Picked this up a a local resale shop. I love the design! Kind of rusty and the rear wheels are obviously not original. I plan to claen her up and display in my bike themed man cave.
She cleaned up pretty well... for a beginner. I believe she had 26" wheels originally. These are 24" I'm keeping my eyes open for the wheels. chain ring and hand grips. I know she's not a museum piece, but gets some comments in my man cave.
Thanks for all the info. I was one of those who swapped and shared bike parts in the 60's to keep 2 wheels on the road. So far, it's been a good learning experience working on her and a very small investment. I'll post more pics when she's back together.
