My original men's 1945 has the same U.S. Royal Chain tires on it, and my ladies 1946 has Goodyear All Weather tires on it. I would ASSume you are correct, as I am, until proven otherwise......lol. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Harpo, your bike is a 1947 as Adrian previously stated. Your bike has rear facing dropouts, but without the adjusting screws. I have a 44, 45, 46, and a 47 and my 47 is the only one that has the same style dropouts.......no adjustment screws. Also, your bike has the same horizontal downtube...

A couple of picks of my 1929 Westfield Crescent. Your bike has the same lower top tube as mine, with a sleeve that attaches it to the seat tube. Pictured as found with the wood rims, and with a quickie conversion to turn it into an easy pedaling cruiser. Good luck with your project!
