That is someones creation . its part huffy wild dragster (shifter) , sears screamer Bars and chain guard ?) , and part Schwinn Krate .

I found the serial numbers . Looks to be A35007 so it was born on 01/31/1963 . I did look up the typhoon and its close .

I doubt its a Typhoon because of the painted rims . Most of them had either Chrome fenders or rims . Still lost ....
