I have the original headset and the replacement is close, but no cigar. It’s a Fenix 21.1mm part ( who knows what the 21.1mm is, it seemed like the closest fit I could find). I was hoping that a replacement would be easy to find and swap in.

I stripped and am rebuilding a 20" 1976 Typhoon. I ordered a replacement headset that is 21.1mm, but the fit seems a bit too small to be right and the threads don't seem to want to line up. .
Did Schwinn have an odd size for these? Is there any problems getting a new bottom race...
