Thinking the rear wheel is not original especially with that hub. The front wheel on the other hand upon a very quick cleaning of the rim is looking like it could well be original. Going to remove the spokes and clean up the hub to see what if anything that might reveal.

Just starting to clean up the rear hub to look for markings and found these ...
