Thanks for the input. Took it apart today and found the following, head tube was white, white paint fades on an angle with topside of the top bar and bottom side of bottom bar having the most with none on center bar, front fender was stripped bare before repaint, rear fender was same green as...
Thanks, that would explain the streaks of white toward the head tube. Seems like an uncommon color for a Tornado. Also pretty sure the chain guard, pedals and front sprocket aren't original either.
Picked this bike up for $30 any ideas on what it may have been originally? Green paint under the black spray over and green head badge. I don't see any serial numbers on the rear drop outs, which seem kind of small.
