I think your on to something that’s exactly what it looks like. Now I’m curious if someone did manufacture a newer version of the twin flex and used these hubs.
Yeah I’m thinking maybe it’s a floating brake arm system or some sort of suspension brackets. I don’t think they have made these hubs for quite some time.
I have this Arai drum brake hub with some crazy chrome brackets and was curious if anybody recognizes what bike this may have been pulled from. The hub doesn’t look like it was even used.
I have a Stingray Slik with a 3 circle date code and it only has 1 dot in the first circle. From my understanding the circle date codes started in 1960 which wouldn’t make sense for a Stingray tire. Am I reading this wrong?
