. A friend just sent me these 2 pictures and wanted to know if I was interested in the bike. I don't know enough to recognize it. It looks like it might say "Pilot" on the bottom of the badge but I can't make out what the top word is. Hoping someone might recognize it? Thanks in advance!!

I believe these were from the 30's-40's. Nice tank that should clean up nicely. Very solid with no holes etc. I will also include a set of reproduction adhesive back decals that I got with the tank way back when. The white color seems to be kind of light but I will include them anyway...

Just picked this one up a while back. The numbers say it is a 1948 Murray build. It has a Hiawatha badge and this creates some questions for me. I have never seen a Hiawatha with this format. Everything about the bike says Mercury. It is the exact bike that is shown in the 1949 Mercury...
