Here’s a nice patina set of original chrome S2’s. They spin true. The front hub was rebuilt and the rear was not. No broken spokes. Small dent on front rim, doesn’t affect riding. Great for an og Phantom. Schwinn script hub on front, New Departure model D on rear.
SHIPPING IS ON THE BUYER...
Here is my 1937 Schwinn C model. It had aftermarket fenders, which I do care for, so I took them off and modified a postwar rear to fit. I think it looks pretty neat. It’s been gone through and rebuilt a few months ago. I call it “bent outa shape” because the steerhorns are slightly crooked and...
Here’s my 1948 Monark Super Deluxe. She’s pretty crusty, but that’s how I like em. It’s pretty much all original except for the bars, s2 rims, and pedals. This bike is pretty much as I got it from @tacochris who saved it originally. The original owner scratched his name and purchase date on the...
After installing a NOS carb on my whizzer, I decided to go run some errands. As I completed everything I had to do, I started to head home. And that’s when disaster struck!!!! I was riding along and there was a bump in the road, so I went to slow down, using my coaster brake of course, and...
Last time trying to sell it whole!!!! Will part this beaut out if she doesn’t sell!
Here’s a neat old Schwinn! It’s a 1937 Schwinn C Model. I went through the hubs and regreased the other bearings. Crank has a 37 stamp. Fork is really bent, but @Krakatoa may be able to fix it. It’s a fun bike...

Here’s a postwar Shelby badged as a Cadillac that was a whizzer when we received it. We took the whizzer to eventually build a ratty whizzer with a Schwinn frame. I call it wacky because it has a homemade stand on it, it has a front fender made from a rear fender, it had a rear wheel on the...

Well, I have decided to sell this 1949 Monark Super Deluxe. The frame is original paint and the rest was painted to match. It was restored by a legally blind guy. It is an old extremely nice bike to ride. The wheels are Lobdel script rims with new spokes and John’s chain treads. Both the horn...
Looking for scans of an owners manual or anyone who has owned a 1948 Safticycle. I would like to know how to operate the one I'm getting on sunday. It has the original and correct engine. I have found very little about these bikes, so anything is appreciated.
Thanks!

Well, I have decided to sell this thing to get a bike I like a lot more. It’s a 1949 Monark Super Deluxe. The frame is original paint and the rest was painted to match. It was restored by a legally blind guy. It is an old extremely nice bike to ride. The wheels are Lobdel script rims with new...
Here is a bike I just got. It’s an Elgin Curved frame. I don’t know anything about these, but I would like to refurbish/restore it for my Mom. Any information would help. Really want to know what year it is and how it could have been originally equipped.
Thanks!

Here is a super nice 26” chain tread US Royal tire. It must be a repop, but it is extremely nice quality. Recently informed that these were made by John, not Robert Dean. Shipping is based on buyer’s location.
Thanks for looking!

Here’s a crusty mens sliding rail saddle. It’s very solid and probably good to refurbish. Please ask any questions you have and I will answer them to the best of my ability!
Thanks!

Here is my 1920’s(?) Elgin(?) that I need gone! It comes with the bars pictured along with the correct originals. Was originally a 28” bike, but I fitted it with balloon wheels. Front wheel needs truing. Missing badge. Really need some money. Nice project for anyone! Shipping at buyers expense...
Here’s my all original 1951 Monark 5 Star General. I am only the third owner. The only non original part is a handle bar grip. The tries are the original Goodyear all weather tires. The horn works. I do have the missing pedal block. Can ship at buyers expense. Let me know if you have any questions!
I need any and all available information on the monark super twins. @Goldenrod and I are working on one for the spring, but we’re at a loss with adds/manuals/starting operations/fuel mixture, etc. Maybe even send me a video of one running/beginning started? HELP!
Thank You!

Here’s something for y’all to look at! I just got this today from a whizzer club member. It was an American picker’s type story really. @Goldenrod and I had gone over to see him for help with a whizzer spring and we asked for a tour of his collection. It spans through 2 houses and 2 garages...
As stated, looking for a 10/2/53 Schwinn 26” Men’s frame bike. Not looking to spend a lot. Please pm me with anything. A frame is just as good as a whole bike. Serial number range below. Thanks a million!
Whizzer Dave
P.S. not for a whizzer project
Up for dond is this really nice original 1950/51 Monark - 5 star general. All original except for blue handlebar grip. I have the missing pedal block, but I didn’t get pictures of it. Horn works okay, sounds like a dying duck! Shipping is based on buyer’s location. Raising funds for my first car!
Looking to get some quotes for getting a bike painted. Trying not to break the bank on this project. Will need Frame, fork, rims, tank, rear rack to be painted. 26”.
Thanks in advance!

A few days ago I saw an add of OfferUp. It simply said old monark bike. From the side, it looked ugly and I really didn’t want it. Then I scrolled through and saw a picture from the top, showing the 5 bar design. Fast forward to yesterday when my dad drove about half an hour to get the bike for...
I am making new brake shoes for the Schwinn front expander brake. I would like to know if anyone needs some. Please let me know so I can order materials.
DOND: 1920’s Elgin Ladies Bike in original paint. Nice jeweled grips. Missing one spoke in front wheel. New tires and tubes. Recent coat of linseed oil. Original handlebars included. Cool bike!

This was my dad’s 1987? Schwinn predator. I changed the seat when I was 7 because the original was uncomfortable. I don’t know anything about old school bmx bikes. Help please!!
I was moving piles of rock in my neighbor’s yard, and I found this bike! No idea what it was. Anybody want this thing? I don’t have time for this, but it would be really cool to see back on the road. PM me if interested. I’ll be at Portland from Tuesday to Thursday. Sorry if this doesn’t belong...
Back in October of 2021, I bought a 1953 Schwinn with a 1948 Whizzer model H engine. I decided a few months ago that it would be the perfect bike for my first restoration. Here’s some pictures to show my work so far.
