That's an early looptail model Pacemaker drop stand. It doesn't look like it will work with your set up. A late model Pacemaker or S-10 stand should do the trick. Here is a picture of an S-10

Catfish, I did a couple Simonian Farm rides in the '90s. This was a bike I built for my Dad and surprised him with at a Simonian ride. He left with a new Whizzer and a first place ribbon 🥇 😁
