just found some pics of the hub on my 1901 Columbia model 74
both ends are twisted on that one
I know I also have one that one end is twisted and the other end is threaded
my guess is a ABC era brand, but not Columbia.
the spoon brake and rear hub is ABC
I have a few of those spoon brake ABC Columbias, I will try to snap a picture of one tomorrow.
you just need a cloth hanger piece of steel (correct length) to go from the hub shorty brake arm to the spoon brake...
