@New Mexico Brant Still trying to decipher the bike's model itself through the help of a couple guys in Italy and France. Has the same built lug/design down to the rear seat stay fender eyelet step up as a Bianchi Saetta that I have pictured below(currently on Ebay).
The 'MOSCA' chain ring threw everyone for a loop. There's a potential bike shop with the owners last name being Mosca still present in Italy from like the 1920s. When I can dial down the exact date, I'll start searching for the proper chain ring. (may keep because it shows someone who was invested in the bike or a potential racer for a shop).
Anyone here is more than welcome to throw their two cents in on what model and year this is and even components. I may be in the wrong thread though.
