Tires hold air and will come with tubes
S-2 Rims will clean up nicely with my expierence in cleaning many of rims.
Stem is nice
Bars are nice as well
Rack and guard are desirable and available.
This one even has the OG white valve caps !
Tank is pretty clean inside … No holes !

Fender lite good shape

Frame solid with no cracks or bends!
The rest of the parts are available.
I will properly pack and ship promptly, shipping for remaining parts will be 15-20 except frame which would be around 35-40 via postal Mo with winning bid and will ship to continental 48 only please. Im hoping this bike will help too complete blue phantoms out there needing a part or 2 .
Obviosly the green fork in pics is just a place holder to maintain roller mobility .
