Looks like it has some aftermarket parts to me.

Is there a build date on the badge? The badge is riveted , I would think this model came after the Scrambler. It has a BMX geometry that is reminiscent of the 90's BMX and later style.

Giant built frame dated G 01/82 on left rear. I'm not familiar with that exact frame gusset. Maybe Schwinn catalog can help?

I'm leaning towards Schwinn Predator. My remark as to left side was incorrect, sorry. I meant to say right side rear. Definitely Giant built January 1982.

Do you guys think the stem and crank/Chainring are aftermarket ?

Yes, those are aftermarket. A good brand of vintage BMX part is usually marked with the manufacturer. Taiwan aftermarket parts look the same but aren't marked. If the chainring and spider are marked with Sugino or something they might be best to sell separately from the frame. If they aren't marked it doesn't matter.

The wheels could be good too, are the rims marked by the manufacturer? Araya is a good rim brand for BMX bikes. The tires might be good for BMX guys too, what brand are they?

The stem is SR Sakae, it might be a $30-49 item off the bike

Usually to maximize the sales of some BMX bikes it is best to part them.
