1880s Tandem Bicycle, Rear Steering, Wood Rims, Sterling?

This bike is so cool and I haven't been able to identify it quite yet. Sterling is the closest, but Eagle and Geneva have similar styles. It seems complete and original, with wood rims and rear steering. It would be amazing restored, but they're only original once, so give it a good cleaning and it would look awesome hanging on the wall. $1,200 obo. I'm in the Des Moines, IA area. Uh oh, I've been wanting a rear steer since I found out there is such a thing. Any thoughts on how transport to Indianapolis might work?
