1890’s men’s tandem ID help

Had this hanging for a while thought I’d see if anyone recognise it. Throw out some ideas ? . it’s got 2 vertical holes on head tube. Looks like a fauber chain ring...? And interesting chain adjusters thanks..

The closest match to frame geometry I can find is the 1897 Iroquois. I do not know what their name badge looks like.
