Cruisin' on my Bluebird
I was told this was a 1890's men's 28" fork. It is chrome or nickle plated that has been painted silver. It has 2 screw holes for mounting a fender. Can anyone I.D. it.

Looks like an Elgin or Mercury Pacemaker but I haven't seen one of those with closed axle holes. The holes in the top of the fork on those bikes were for an "Over the fork fender". The Crescent rear steer rods connected to the top of the fork with bigger threaded holes in the fork. The picture I added is that of a Pacemaker.
