Jesse McCauley

McCauley Cycle Works
I posted a question about the interesting headset on this bike earlier and that inspired me to build it up.

I'm happy with how it turned out. Original paint is subtle but there throughout in burgundy with pin remnants. It was just a frameset when I bought it so I mocked it up how I thought it could have looked.

Lots of interesting hardware that I've never seen before like the headset and two piece bottom bracket.

Anyone else have a bike built by E.W. Walker & Stutz? I know they did some jobbing for National Sewing Machine co but I think they built too as in the instance of this bike.

Hi Jesse,
I bought this Stutz yesterday along with 3 other bikes. Two of them are for sale under "complete bikes". 4th is a wartime Dayton which I/m keeping along with this Stutz. Here's pictures of chain we talked about. Call my cell if interested. It's not NOS but real clean.

Very cool Howard, Love the Stutz women's, that's the kinda paint that hides good orig paint. I'm into that chain too, I'll drop you a line

The shop owner at Citizen Chain in San Francisco said that this bike was a Goshen.
