Pretty sure this is a original paint wheel
If no visible maker stamp or something I do not see makes it repaint Then that answers that

Over all outstanding early wheel spin pretty darn true with a minimum hobble but surely permissible
Bought this for a nice project but is to sweeet
And sticks out like a sore thumb. lol
