I've been collecting / refurbishing prewar schwinns for a while now, but never anything this old. I was only interested in the men's bike, but I figure I may need the girl's bike for parts.

I know nothing about these bikes so if anyone can help with information, catalogs, history, etc., it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 1900 Mdl 31 that is like the one that you bought. Mine is in very good original condition, except the seat has been changed. I can take some pics of it if you'd like. I would like to see a closeup of your seat.
