1913 Massachusetts Registration Disk Linked to Iver Johnson !

Here is a rare 1913 Massachusetts motorcycle registration disk that recently surfaced locally. These disks were issued by Massachusetts and used in place of porcelain plates from 1910 – 1914. Upon doing a little research into just who owned the disk, it was discovered it was issued to Iver Johnson ! What a find. Pete in Fitchburg

Not sure Brant. not my area of expertise, (not sure what is) but "C" for Cycle/Motorcycle, makes sense to me. Pete in Fitchburg

No. The disc itself is the motorcycle plate. Or fob. Cars had actual plates. The "C"is for the number of discs issued. Each dealer or manufacturer had one number issued to them. C would be the third plate. A - z. After that aa and so on.
