The frame has a couple small dents in the top tube. One of the fender braces is broken. The front rim has a 5" long crack starting at the valve hole. It needs a headbadge. All of the parts seem correct and original.

so does the down tube ! i wonder if it has the origional fork ,looks like its been crashed have you checked the <carfax > bikefax history ?
