The Raleigh's I've seen in that year range have a different chain wheel .

Page 448 does show a Raleigh cycle for 1915 with the tube crown, but has different chain wheel.

I agree the chain wheel and chain look like the 30's, but I think the frame is 1915-16, I've also read that Raleigh stopped using the "R" badge before the 20's and went to the peacock?

Hey, I'm no expert, I would check with Colin? @Wing Your Heel tho. He seems pretty good with the really old stuff. I hope it is a mid teen bike, that would be kool...

Beautiful bike and a great survivor probably some components were changed out but really most of the hard bits are present I have a 1928 -and yes by then Snooker the Cock was on the badge and lamp bracket nice first war bike if it weren't so tall a frame I would make you an offer
