1915-16 Raleigh Gents ... trying to confirm information, opinions

The chain wheel and fork crown are different than your cycle. Brakes/bars seem similar.

Page 448 does show a Raleigh cycle for 1915 with the tube crown, but has different chain wheel.

yes, but now I have found that crown was made that early.

I agree the chain wheel and chain look like the 30's, but I think the frame is 1915-16, I've also read that Raleigh stopped using the "R" badge before the 20's and went to the peacock?
