Hello! It's time to liquidate some of my things. Up first, is this Mead Ranger XL frame that I traded for with a buddy. He thought it was a 1915...
I traded him a 5spd transmission that sells for $750.
I'm hoping you guys can confirm the year, and let me know what kind of value you would put on it. Thanks!

Your Ranger could be a 1916, so your friend was very close. As far as value, I would say $750 would be a good place to start. I'm sure others will jump in here hopefully.
 
Very Cool Skyscraper Mead!

Can you please post left side crank arm. Are pedals marked "Brampton"?

If seat post binder bolt were removed, are the stays loose from frame?

So this is called a Skyscraper? Is that do to the tall frame?

I don't see any markings on the pedals... Yes, the seat stays do come loose if the binder bolt is loosened. Here's some pics:
