1917-18 Chief og paint matching wheels

Has: quad braced dropstand, Sturmey/Archer top bar shift which ends up attached at rear axle of Morrow Coaster (so will look like the 3-Speed), beautiful badge/better than most, real vintage "bulldog" grips, correct style bars just not quite as long (no one will know), wheels are vintage wood Rassiter's color of bike, saddle while possibly not a original Chief saddle looks like one! one single tube minus valve but i'll include a replacement valve. $1900 plus shipping *(photo not updated, this was "rider version" correct photo's tonight)

That thing is AWESOME! Seems like the price is not too bad either. Didn't someone sell a cobbled together Chief with modern wheels on here recently? I recall $1,500 asking price on that one.

Didn't sell.... I ended up selling the frame minus the wheels ( still have them) Velocity Blunt wood grain with cream tires.
And didn't get $1500 either. And the bike wasn't "Cobbled together" The frame, Fork, Bars and Rear Fender on the bike was original to the bike.
