Jesse McCauley

McCauley Cycle Works
Any of my fellow bicycle enthusiasts share an interest in auto, aero, and art history?

Original ca. 1920 bronze plaque sculpted by Sir. William Reid Dick commemorating the first trans-Atlantic flight which was achieved thanks to dual Rolls Royce engines mounted to a Vickers - Vimy aeroplane.

I have researched this plaque extensively and I'm happy to share that research with any interested party.
It is currently professionally crated and ready for any version of transport or freight.
This is a quite large and heavy object, I can get exact measurements but the newspaper account shows some version of scale next to one of the previous owners of this very plaque.

Open to trade of many kinds, PM me if interested.

Hi @Jesse McCauley

Gorgeous, and I've seen the one in Derby on a number of occasions.

The sort of thing I'd love to own, but can see no sensible way to justify.

So, instead, for your records, a little more on Singers
