1920s Hawthorne project

Here is a 1920 something Hawthorne 28" bike looking for a new lease on life. Looks like it has been blasted and painted. frame does have a brazed repair behind the crank bearings. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Hopefully someone can get this on the road again!!

Asking $85 plus $70 shipping in the lower 48.

Does the bottom bracket crank hanger look to be offset, like for a center drive thing?
